Grainger Industrial Supply

Excellent customer service and they had the part I need it. I drove to four other locations that said they had the part just to find out that they did not, or that I needed to be ordered online. They were very polite and helpful and have what I needed.

Very helpful sales clerk. Located thermostat that was needed and offer another pick up site that had part available. Save the day and although a drive it allowed for same day Central Air Conditioning neededwith outside temps of 96 degrees! Thank you very much!

I don’t normally use Grainger because I thought they’re expensive but in this case, their prices were very good after opening a charge account. PJ at the counter was more than knowledgeable. I was very impressed at his level of knowledge in service when obtaining a motor and cross-referencing a motor I needed for an exhaust fan unfortunately, I had to come here instead of my local HVC supplier. I will definitely be back and highly RecommendThis location

⸻ Absolutely amazing service! This store has everything you need when it comes to shipping supplies and equipment. From boxes, tapes, and bubble wrap to professional tools and accessories, the quality is top-notch. The staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist with any questions or special needs. Prices are fair, and the variety of items available makes it a one-stop shop for all shipping and packaging needs. I’ve been here multiple times and I’m always satisfied. Highly recommended to anyone looking for reliable products and excellent customer service. Definitely a five-star experience every time!
